Biography
Arif Ahmed is a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering and pursuing his Ph.D. in Computing (CS) at Boise State University, Idaho, USA.
He served as a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Metropolitan University,
where he taught Machine Learning, Operating Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Compiler Construction, Discrete Mathematics, and Computer Organization & Architecture. He is also an adviser of the Metropolitan University Social Service Club.
Arif has experience of working in both Academia and Industry on a range of software projects. He has more than 2.5 years of hands-on experience in software development and has worked on large-scale projects. His current research interests include Natural Language Processing, Information Retrieval, Computer Vision, and Human Computer Interaction.
